Hemorrhoids are clusters of veins that are placed beneath the mucous membranes in the lowest part of the rectum and the anus. The condition develops when the veins get swollen. There are two kinds of hemorrhoids:
1.    Internal hemorrhoids – they occur in the lower rectum
2.    External hemorrhoids – highly uncomfortable. They flood the skin and it becomes irritated. The pain is sudden and severe and it is not strange if you see a lump around your anus. The clot dissolves after some time and leaves you with excess skin that might become irritated.
Consumption of certain food will help you with hemorrhoids for sure. You should, without any doubt, eat food that is reach in fibers, or if you think you cannot eat as many fibers as you need there is always a supplementation. Fiber foods facilitate the bleeding stopping it at a certain point. It can also be beneficial with inflammation and enlargement. Some people think that the consumption of fiber food causes bloating and gas but you should give it a try if you are having hemorrhoids. Start carefully with the intake of 25-30 grams of fiber per day. Do not forget to increase the consumption of beverages for it is as important as the intake of food reach in fiber.
